The rental is for location only for $1800 plus a refundable security deposit of $500.
Included:
- Location rental for 8 hours
- Water and electric service
- Ample parking on-site
- Restrooms
- Wedding pergola (usually used for ceremony)
- Bridal dressing room
Tent, table, chair, etc. rentals are not included. For your convenience, recommended vendors are listed on our resources page.

Engedi Estate is located close to Mt. Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD and is easily accessible from Route 15. It is a beautiful 30 acre estate that is on the Monocacy River. It has a very large flat grassy area that will accommodate a tent of any size. The new Wedding pergola extends over the bank of the river and is illuminated. It provides a stunning area for your ceremony. Chairs can be set up on the grassy area in front of the pergola to accommodate ceremony guests.
